Lela Mazmishvili has been Youth Programs Manager at Kartlosi since 2017.
Historian by profession, she is a graduate of the Sokhumi State University Faculty of
Humanitarian Sciences and has Bachelor’s degree in history and international relations.
She is the 2019 graduate of the Eastern European Center for Multiparty Democracy (EECMD)
Gori School of Democracy.
She has gone through several trainings both in Georgia and abroad.
She is experienced in working in the public sector. During 2017-2018 she worked at the Shida
Kartli Social Service Agency Regional Center.
Lela was actively involved in the creation of youth parliament in Tskhinvali region in 2008; the
given initiative was being implemented by Kartlosi by active involvement from school students
from Didi and Patara Liakhvi and Prone valley.
The most important issue for her is peace building, confidence building and peaceful settlement
of conflicts.
